Khlonglan Kaphengphet, Thailand
Bonam is 10 years old and from the Mong tribe of Burma. He and his family came from Burma to Thailand and were able to obtain Thai citizenship after living there for several years. Bonam’s father is dead and his mother is serving a life-sentence in jail for drug-trafficking. A village official brought Bonam to the Divine Charity Home for Children, which is under the leadership of Manny Sinoy.
When Bonam first arrived at Divine Charity Home in March 2005 he was a malnourished, troubled, and a very unhappy boy. But Bonam is a changed boy today. His behavior and character have changed — he is now extremely enthusiastic in school as well as very helpful around his home. Bonam said that he’s thankful to C3 Missions International for giving him hope, a home, an education, and a new life. Most of all, he’s thankful that someone shared with him how he could have a relationship with the Lord. We thank you for your continued support and for your help in partnering with us to touch the lives of these very special children. Bonam-and all of the children-thank you!
